Read More Since the faculty members of universities and higher education institutions are responsible for teaching and disseminating science and knowledge in the university, and the quality and development of knowledge depends to a large extent on the performance of these members, therefore, investigating the factors affecting their job performance is vital. Is. On the other hand, faculty members can learn about how other factors affect their job performance and take action to increase the quality of their activities. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of authentic leadership style on the job performance of faculty members of Allameh Tabatabai University with the mediating role of social self-efficacy. This research is an applied research in terms of its purpose, and a descriptive-survey research in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this research is all the faculty members of Allameh Tabatabai University of Tehran in the number of 545 people and the size of the statistical sample is 226 members based on Cochran's formula. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Questionnaire criteria to measure the authentic leadership style variable from Avolio et al. (2006) adapted from Biranvand et al. (2018), social self-efficacy variable from Grieve et al. (2014), And the job performance variable was from Bontis Vesrenko (2007) adapted from Nowshad (2013). The validity of the questionnaire was done through confirmatory factor analysis and factor loadings, and the overall reliability of the questionnaire was obtained by determining the Cronbach's alpha coefficient equal to 0.902. In order to analyze the data, the method of structural equation model and partial square was used and spss 22 and lisrel software were used. The results of the research showed that authentic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the job performance of Allameh Tabatabai University faculty members with the mediating role of social self-efficacy. Authentic leadership style by providing a strong strategy based on values and beliefs, through the mediating role of social selfefficacy, will strengthen people's self-confidence and help to achieve better job performance of faculty members.

Read More The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between empowerment components and the intellectual capital of Sari education managers in 1402. The descriptive research method was correlation type. The statistical population of this research was made up of all principals of schools in Sari city (‌167 people). The sample size was selected using the Karjesi and Morgan table of 115 people who were determined by stratified random sampling method.The data collection tools included the employee empowerment questionnaires of Spiritizer and Mishra (1992) and intellectual capital of Bontis (1998). The validity of the tool was confirmed by experts and experts in the field of educational sciences, and the reliability of the tool was obtained by Cronbach's alpha method for empowerment questionnaire 0.82, intellectual capital questionnaire 0.78. In order to analyze descriptive and inferential statistics with criteria such as frequency by number, percentage, graph and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to determine the normality of variables, Pearson's correlation coefficient test was used to reject or confirm the hypotheses. The results of the Pearson correlation test showed that there is a relationship between the communication component of empowerment with human capital, relational capital and structural capital of education managers. There is a relationship between the motivational component of empowerment with human capital, relational capital and structural capital of education managers. There is a relationship between the cognitive component of empowerment with human capital, relational capital and structural capital of education managers.The findings of this research have shown that due to the importance of the job of education and training managers in order to be empowered in terms of competence, autonomy, influence, meaningfulness and trust, the need to pay a lot of attention to human capital, especially intellectual capital, can give them great help in their management.

Read More This article is an attempt to evaluate Derrida's discourse on the tasks of the university and also to discuss the unlimited possibilities opened up for the contemporary university by the deconstruction of conventional definitions of the university. Derrida attempts to open up different definitions about the responsibilities of the university and to recognize its untranslatable aspects in order to draw new horizons of understanding for the university from this standpoint and to open up new possibilities by deconstructing the conventional definitions of the university. Derrida attempts to open up different definitions of the responsibility of the university and to recognize its untranslatable aspects, in order to outline new horizons of understanding for the university from this point of view and to identify and overcome the parasitic aspirations within it by questioning and criticizing its distorted missions. The guiding question of the article is: What new identity and responsibility does Derrida propose for the university? What are his strategies for liberating the university from the subjugation of heteronomy? The main message of the article, which examines three of Derrida's central works on the university, is based on the observation that the responsibility of the university in his thought is multi-layered and complex, interwoven with philosophical, moral and educational concerns. The nature of the university is irreducible, indeterminable and unconditional and eludes any kind of dominant and dogmatic discourse, the question of the reason for the existence of the university, its unconditionality and the conflict between the faculties was also always an open question. Based on such components, the reflection on the deconstruction and deontologization of the university, its autonomy and unconditionality, constructions of otherness and the role of education and research, the efforts to expand interdisciplinarity, the place of new humanities and cultural studies, the need to think about the coming society, the philosophical, moral and cultural studies approaches that have emerged in recent years series of philosophical, moral and educational implications arising from Derrida's reading of the new tasks of the university.

Read More In order to empower faculty members and solve possible problems and obstacles, we can take steps to plan and evaluate skills training and improve quality. Considering the importance of this issue, the purpose of this research was to identify and examine the skills needed by the faculty members of Allameh Tabatabai University in order to empower them. The current research is qualitative in terms of its nature, in terms of the library and field study, based on the research objective, it is fundamental and in terms of the time of data collection, it is cross-sectional. Also, the interview data analysis method is thematic analysis. The general statistical population of research documents, university professors, specialists and informants who were familiar with the learning center and faculty members and the maximum sample of research documents obtained, including articles, dissertations, reports and research plans from 2000 to 2022, which are most relevant It was selected with the topic of research. In the current research, after interviewing 8 people, theoretical saturation was achieved in the data collection in the learning center of the university faculty members, based on which 5 main codes representing the dimensions of empowerment and 9 central codes representing the components of the dimensions were obtained. is identified. Also, the number of 50 open codes was determined, which was reduced to 28 after the merger. The most important findings of the research after a detailed review of the domestic and foreign literature and background and conducting interviews with experts and experts in the fields related to the empowerment of faculty members are the skills needed by faculty members of Allameh Tabatabai University in order to empower them. According to the findings of the research and comparison with the conducted researches that are mentioned in the background of the research, the findings of the research are based on the dimensions, the skills needed by the faculty members of Allameh Tabatabai University in the direction of empowerment in three dimensions (social factors - economic factors - educational factors) were identified. In this research, an attempt was made to identify and explain the skills needed by faculty members with a comprehensive view in order to empower the faculty members in a way that can be utilized and used by those interested and researchers in this field.
