Abstract
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between empowerment components and the intellectual capital of Sari education managers in 1402. The descriptive research method was correlation type. The statistical population of this research was made up of all principals of schools in Sari city (167 people). The sample size was selected using the Karjesi and Morgan table of 115 people who were determined by stratified random sampling method.The data collection tools included the employee empowerment questionnaires of Spiritizer and Mishra (1992) and intellectual capital of Bontis (1998). The validity of the tool was confirmed by experts and experts in the field of educational sciences, and the reliability of the tool was obtained by Cronbach's alpha method for empowerment questionnaire 0.82, intellectual capital questionnaire 0.78. In order to analyze descriptive and inferential statistics with criteria such as frequency by number, percentage, graph and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to determine the normality of variables, Pearson's correlation coefficient test was used to reject or confirm the hypotheses. The results of the Pearson correlation test showed that there is a relationship between the communication component of empowerment with human capital, relational capital and structural capital of education managers. There is a relationship between the motivational component of empowerment with human capital, relational capital and structural capital of education managers. There is a relationship between the cognitive component of empowerment with human capital, relational capital and structural capital of education managers.The findings of this research have shown that due to the importance of the job of education and training managers in order to be empowered in terms of competence, autonomy, influence, meaningfulness and trust, the need to pay a lot of attention to human capital, especially intellectual capital, can give them great help in their management.
