Read More The aim of this study was to analyze Islamic management patterns in the performance of managers of sports science faculties based on the teachings of the Quran. The research method was a fundamental-developmental type that was carried out based on the qualitative content analysis method. The statistical population of this study was all verses of the Holy Quran and the samples of this study were verses related to the concept of Islamic management. By carefully analyzing the text of the verses of the Holy Quran, the themes related to Islamic management were identified. The data collection method was also based on library documents and records that identified the desired concepts with the strategy of "vocabulary search" and "open text reading". The Jame'at-ul-Tafsir software was used to find the desired items. The results showed that criteria derived from Quranic concepts that are applicable to the management of sports organizations include: the role of individual interaction (unity of command, justice and equality, reward and punishment, optimal capacity utilization, job-employee fit and promotion and laddering, knowledge and ability and transparency, supervision, performance evaluation, abuse of organizational position, decisive treatment of violations, accountability), the role of decision-making (delegation of authority and responsibility, allocation of resources, treatment of violators in the organization, quality management system, selection, decisiveness in giving orders, payment of salaries), the role of planning and programming (crisis management and strategic planning, fulfillment of promises and contracts, considering the efforts of employees in performing duties, organizational procedures, judicial management, identification of threats), and the role of guidance and leadership (vigor in the workplace, faith; obedience and respect; attention to the employees of the organization, kindness and consultation and trust, covenant and support of managers, merit as a criterion for promotion). The Quran offers the best management principles and practices that any manager can adopt to run a successful organization or business, and for any management professional, these principles will be valuable because they are suitable for all people of all religions and cultures. Finally, given that the Quran offers the best management principles and practices, it is suggested that any manager can adopt to run a successful organization or business, and for any management professional, these principles will be valuable because they are suitable for all people of all religions and cultures
