Abstract

The present research was conducted in order to provide a model of the impact of school-based management on lean management and strategic thinking of primary school principals. In terms of the purpose, the current research was a part of applied research, and in terms of the nature of the research, it was descriptive and descriptive-correlational. The size of the statistical population was made up of all principals of elementary schools in Khoi city in the academic year of 2023-2024 in the number of 224 people. The size of the statistical sample was calculated using the number of main structures, 148 people, and this number of school principals was selected by stratified random sampling. It was done from schools. In order to collect data, questionnaires of school-based management by Dadavipour et al. (2008), lean management by Sephond et al. (1400) and strategic thinking by Goldman (2005) were used. The validity of the mentioned questionnaires was confirmed by expert professors and their reliability was obtained through Cronbach's alpha coefficient above 0.7. Due to the non-normality of data distribution, structural equation analysis and partial least squares method were used using pls software. The results showed that the model of the effect of school-based management on lean management and strategic thinking of primary school principals in Khoy city has a good fit (T=10.34, p>0.01), (T=10.89, p>0.01) p). Also, the results showed that school-based management has a positive and significant effect on the lean management of primary school principals in Khoi city (S=0.735; p<0.01), in addition, the results showed that the effect of school-based management on The strategic thinking of elementary school principals in Khoy city is positive and significant (S=0.81; p>0.01).
