Designing a model of organizational performance and knowledge management with the mediation of organizational learning

Abstract

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance with the mediation of organizational learning. The present research method was descriptive-correlational in terms of applied purpose and research method with emphasis on structural equations. The statistical population of the present study consists of all the teachers, managers and assistants working in Sarein city, who were working in the academic year of 1401-1402. Due to the small number of statistical population, the sample was selected through census (108 people). To collect data, three questionnaires of knowledge management, Conrad & Newman (1999), organizational learning by Neefe (2001) and organizational performance by Hershey and Goldsmith (2003) were used. 0.80 and 0.81 were obtained and their face and content validity was confirmed using the opinions of experts and supervisors. Data analysis was done with SPSS and LISREL software. The research results showed that there is no positive and significant relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance. There is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance with the mediation of organizational learning.
