Identifying factors affecting the development of employees of Yasuj State University

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of identifying factors affecting the growth of employees of Yasouj State University, and in it, an attempt was made to determine the contribution of each of these factors to the growth of employees of Yasouj State University. This research is applied in terms of research purpose and descriptive-survey of correlation type in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the current research is all the employees of Yasuj State University in 2022, whose number is estimated to be 400 people, and according to Morgan's table, the statistical sample size of this research is equal to 196 people. In order to measure growth variables (factors affecting employee growth), a researcher-made questionnaire was used in this research. To check the validity of research tools, the content validity method was used and to measure their reliability, Cronbach's alpha test was used, the value of which was obtained for (factors affecting employee growth = 0.966). In order to check the results of this research to answer the first question of the research, firstly, the presuppositions in the research were evaluated with the help of the statistical techniques in the spss software. The conditions have been used to continue the research process using the factor analysis method, the results of which lead to the identification of 12 main factors (change in the atmosphere governing the organization, regulation and non-interference of politics in education, inclusion of components related to education activities, respect for employees) and in-service courses, paying attention to the livelihood of employees, allocating sufficient funds for employee support policies, paying attention to the physical and mental health of employees, providing suitable facilities and motivation for employees to continue their activities, using technological capacities, persuading and encouraging employees, Adaptation of the workplace and educational environment and appropriate financing and in the dignity of the employees) have an impact on the growth of the employees in Yasouj State University. Also, in this research, in order to answer the second question of the research, through Friedman's ranking test, we determined the contribution of each of these identified factors on the growth of the employees of Yasouj employees of Yasuj State University, each of the identified factors has a positive and meaningful effect on the growth of employees to a certain extent, among which the factor is attention to the physical and mental health of employees and health and treatment. The greatest contribution to the growth of employees and the factor of adapting the workplace and training environment have the least contribution to the growth of employees of Yasouj State University.
