Investigating the structural relationships between knowledge management and student entrepreneurship with the mediating role of organizational culture

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between knowledge management and student entrepreneurship with the mediating role of organizational culture. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of data collection and is descriptive and correlational, which was conducted in the field. The statistical population of this study included all students of Kurdistan University, which was considered as a sample size of 250 people using simple non-random random sampling method. Data collection tools included three questionnaires: Denison's Organizational Culture (2007), Sharon Lawson (2003) Knowledge Management, and Margaret Hill (2003). Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling method and 22SPSS and Smart-PLS software to measure the technical characteristics of the questionnaire and test the research hypothesis using structural coefficients. The results showed that the relationship between knowledge management and organizational culture was significant and the mediating variable of organizational culture has a significant effect on the relationship between knowledge management and student entrepreneurship. In fact, it can be said that knowledge management in the final research model has a significant effect on students' entrepreneurship through organizational culture.
