Abstract
The aim of this study was to discover the components of intellectual properties among the professors of Farhangian University of North Khorasan. The method of the study was qualitative method and Grounded theory was used. For an in-depth review of the concepts, the method of documentary study and theoretical foundations as well as semi-structured interviews were used. Participants were 15 professors with experience in Farhangian University of North Khorasan in the academic year 1399-1400 who were selected using purposive sampling method and the snowball method up to the theoretical saturation limit. To check the accuracy of the findings, the review method was used by members. To determine the reliability, the reliability method between inter-coder reliability method (intrasubject agreement) was used. Inductive content analysis (Arbach and Silverstein 6-step technique) was used in data analysis. Findings showed that the components of innovation and value creation, team building and participation, organizational learning, knowledge management, transformational leadership, meritocracy, technology acceptance, acculturation and skill insight are discussed. These components can be used in decisions to improve the performance of educational systems, especially Farhangian universities.
