The findings from the data analysis led to the identification of 39 basic themes. The basic themes were divided into 5 organizing themes (including goal setting, understanding the current situation, creating options, taking action, and evaluating performance), and as a result, an exploratory pattern was formed in a comprehensive theme under the title of characteristics of a coaching-oriented manager, and based on that, a network of themes of characteristics of coaching-oriented managers was drawn.
