Abstract
The aim of the present study is to present a structural equation model of the effect of political intelligence of school principals on sustainable performance with the mediating role of experience sharing groups in school principals. In terms of purpose, it is an applied research and in terms of nature, it is a descriptive-correlational research. The statistical population is all school principals in Poldasht city in the academic year 1403-1404, which is equal to 104 people (56 women and 48 men), and the statistical sample is equal to the statistical population. To collect data, the sustainable performance questionnaires of Zaid et al. (2018), political intelligence of Mombini et al. (2019), and experience sharing groups of Mombini et al. (2019) were used. The validity of the aforementioned questionnaires was confirmed by expert professors and their reliability was obtained through Cronbach's alpha coefficient above 0.7. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (structural equations) were used to analyze the data. Due to the non-normality of the data distribution, structural equation analysis and path analysis were used using PLS software. The results indicated that the structural equation model of the effect of political intelligence of school principals on sustainable performance with the mediating role of experience sharing groups in school principals has a good fit (T=2.52; p<0.01), (T=2.22; p<0.01). In addition, the results indicated that the political intelligence of school principals has a positive and significant effect on sustainable performance and experience sharing groups (S=0.467; p<0.01), (S=0.822; p<0.01). In addition, the results showed that the effect of experience sharing groups on sustainable performance of school principals is positive and significant (S=0.448; p<0.01).
