Identifying and examining indicators of educational justice in the Corona era from the perspective of primary school principals in Alborz province

Abstract

In line with the educational policies of the Corona era and solving possible problems, steps can be taken to plan, evaluate and improve the quality. The purpose of this research was to analyze the educational policies of the Corona era from the point of view of educational justice from the point of view of the principals of primary schools in Alborz province. The current research is qualitative in nature, library and field type, based on the purpose, fundamental and cross-sectional in terms of data collection time. The method of data analysis is thematic analysis The statistical population is the general research documents, experts and informants who were in the field of education in the province. For the validity of the research, three aspects of data sources and self-review of the researcher have been used. For the reliability of the research, two supervisors who were experts in the field of educational sciences were selected and feedbacks were received separately but in parallel ,and revisions were also made and it was ensured that the findings fully reflect the existing realities. After interviewing 7 people, the theoretical saturation of the data was achieved, with 5 main codes representing the indicators of educational justice and 14 central codes representing the components of the dimensions Also, the number of 62 open codes was determined, which was reduced to 46 after the merger. The most important research findings were identified in 5 dimensions (individual characteristics ,economic factors, social factors, organizational factors, education factors .) In this research, an attempt was made to identify and explain the indicators of educational justice with a comprehensive view in such a way that it can be exploited and used by those interested and researchers in this field.
