Abstract
The aim of this study was the structural analysis of patriarchal and paternalistic leadership with job burnout staff of Islamic Azad Universities southwest of Tehran. The research method was applicable in terms of purpose and correlation type that was conducted in field method.The population studied of staff of Islamic Azad Universities southwest of Tehran (Islamshahr, Qods City, Shahriar and Saba Shahr) with 1400 people, that using Krejcie and Morgan table were determined 302 Staff of these Universities by stratified random sampling method as a sample. The measurement instrument for three questionnaires, standard of ingenuous leadership (Valmbo et al. 2008), patriarchal leadership (Chang at al. 2014) and job burnout (Maslash and Jackson 1981), the validity of instrument based on content and formal and whose stability by Cronbach alpha was calculated, and was obtained for questionnaire of ingenuous leadership (0/865), patriarchal leadership (0/842), and job burnout (0/812) respectively. Data were analyzed using spss 21 software structural equation modeling method based on smart pls software. The findings showed that the model has a suitable practice and observant variables have the necessary stability and fluidity. There is also a meaningful relationship between the ingenuous leadership and patriarchal leadership with job burnout staff of Islamic Azad Universities southwest of Tehran.
