طراحی الگوی پیشگیری از سکوت سازمانی در بین اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش طراحی الگوی پیشگیری از سکوت سازمانی در بین اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی است. پژوهش حاضر از جمله پژوهش های کیفی است، از نوع نظریه داده بنیاد است. و مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی بود و داده های مورد نیاز از طریق مصاحبه عمیق با 25 نفر از اساتید که با روش نمونه گیری نظری نمونه ها انتخاب شده بودند،گردآوری شد. داده ها با ‌مصاحبه‌عمیق‌نیمه‌ ساختمند ، جمع آوری، و همزمان با رویه های تفضیلی در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی؛ به روش استروس و کوربن، تجزیه و تحلیل شد. سپس در مرحله کدگذاری محوری، پیوند میان این مقوله ها زیر عناوین شرایط علی، پدیده محوری،راهبردها ، شرایط زمینه ای، شرایط مداخله گر و پیامدها تعیین شد. یافته ها نشان داد که در مرحله اول 777 کد اولیه به دست آمد. در کدگذاری انتخابی این مفاهیم به 444طبقه تبدیل و در نهایت 75مقوله اصلی استخراج شد که هر کدام زیر مقوله های الگوی نظام مند (شرایط علی، پدیده محوری،راهبردها ، شرایط زمینه ای، شرایط مداخله گر و پیامدها) جای گرفت.
