تدوین مدل تاثیر مدیریت مدرسه محور بر مدیریت ناب و تفکر راهبردی مدیران

چکیده

تحقیق حاضر در راستای ارائه مدل تاثیر مدیریت مدرسه محور بر مدیریت ناب و تفکر راهبردی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان خوی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، جزء تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و به روش توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. حجم جامعه آماری را کلیه مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان خوی در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 به تعداد 224 نفر تشکیل دادند حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 148 نفر محاسبه شد که انتخاب این تعداد از مدیران مدارس به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای از مدارس صورت گرفت. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های مدیریت مدرسه محور داداوی پور و همکاران(2008)، مدیریت ناب سپهوند و همکاران(1400) و تفکر راهبردی گلدمن(2005) استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه‌های مذکور توسط اساتید متخصص تایید و پایایی آنها از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بالای7/0 بدست آمد. با توجه به غیرنرمال بودن توزیع داده‌ها از تحلیل معادلات ساختاری و شیوه حداقل مربعات جزئی با استفاده از نرم افزار pls استفاده شد. نتایج نشانگر این بود که مدل تاثیر مدیریت مدرسه محور بر مدیریت ناب و تفکر راهبردی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان خوی دارای برازش مطلوبی است(34/10=T ؛01/0> p)، (89/10=T ؛01/0> p). همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که مدیریت مدرسه محور بر مدیریت ناب مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان خوی تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد(735/0=S ؛01/0> p)، به علاوه، نتایج نشانگر این بود که تاثیر مدیریت مدرسه محور بر تفکر راهبردی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان خوی مثبت و معنی‌دار می‌باشد(81/0=S ؛01/0> p).
