شناسایی و اولویت بندی موانع پیاده سازی سیستم های اطلاعات بیمارستانی در بیمارستان رازی قائمشهر بر مبنای تکنیک دیمتل فازی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به شناسایی و اولویت بندی موانع پیاده سازی سیستم های اطلاعات بیمارستانی در بیمارستان رازی قائمشهر بر مبنای تکنیک دیمتل فازی پرداخته شده است. پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای هدف از نوع پژوهش های کاربردی می باشد و بر مبنای شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات ذر زمره پژوهش های کیفی قرار می گیرد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را خبرگان بیمارستانی که حداقل 20 سال سابقه مدیریتی و کارشناسان در زمینه سیستم های اطلاعات بیمارستانی تشکیل می دهند. با غربالگری انجام شده و روش نمونه گیری سیستماتیک تعداد 25 خبره به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی فازی و دیمتل فازی انجام شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد موانع پیاده سازی سیستم های اطلاعات بیمارستانی در بیمارستان رازی قائمشهر دارای موانع آموزشی شامل 12 مانع، موانع مالی با 8 مانع و موانع فنی با هفت مانع در پیاده سازی سیستم های اطلاعات بیمارستانی در بیمارستان رازی قائمشهر نقش داشته اند.

با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده پیشنهاد می شود موانع مالی پیش روی پیاده سازی سیستم های اطلاعات بیمارستانی از طریق دولت برداشته شود و بسترسازی لازم جهت پیاده سازی این سیستم مفید در سازمان صورت پذیرد.
