ecently, assessment centers have been established in various organizations and departments to identify individuals' potential for employment and other career goals. Farhangian University, considering its mission in training competent and capable individuals for employment in the teaching profession, has tried to revise its selection method for incoming candidates and identify and recruit the most suitable individuals through assessment centers. The research population of participants in the interview was all members working in the assessment centers on the campuses of Farhangian University of Fars Province in July 1403, which included (290) faculty members and teaching staff, educational and administrative officers. In this study, (13) people were selected as a sample using the snowball technique to conduct interviews, and their interviews continued until data saturation. The results of the research showed that this article presented the findings within the framework of a paradigmatic model including causal conditions (professional training of assessors, transparency in the assessment process, and communication skills of assessors), central phenomenon (measuring the professional competencies of volunteers), strategies (professional development of assessment center personnel, standardization of processes, and use of new technologies), background conditions (creating a supportive and low-stress assessment environment, reviewing interview documentation, observing ethical principles and confidentiality, optimal time management), and intervening conditions (resource limitations, unconscious bias of assessors, designing unrealistic artificial environments, and inappropriate editing). Competencies and evaluation items) and outcomes (providing quality to teacher education, improving the academic standing of Farhangian University, and professional development of teachers) were analyzed.
